About me
Hi, I'm Tonje.
After 15 years in business, I made a major values-based decision and started the company Groundshift. Because I want to use my expertise to make the world a better place, not the opposite. For those of us living now, and for those who come after.
I'm an economist and have worked as a business consultant at a large consultancy company. In recent years I've delivered services to the public sector and the IT, insurance and banking industries. Project management, team leadership, process improvement, research and analysis work, and agile IT development. I'm both an initiator and someone who finishes up. Now I stand on my own two feet, delivering high-quality consulting to small and medium-sized organisations that want to improve the world, a little or a lot.
Being structured and driven are part of my personality traits. I help my clients build strong teams, effective processes and ensure things get delivered. In short, I «get shit done».
